OuterSkin 2 Boutique prides itself on quality as well as customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may exchange it for a store credit or an exchange.  You have 14 days from date of shipping date.

What is your policy on exchanges?

 

You can return unworn/unused items within 14 days of ship date for an exchange. Items must have all tags attached. Any garments containing cigarette smoke, odors, perfume scent, makeup, deodorant, food/drink stains, jewelry snags, etc., will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
